As long as I can remember, I have always been in the kitchen. My mom loved to tell the story of how she came down one morning to find me at 4 years old making pancakes. Most of my greatest memories are of my mother teaching my sisters and I how to bake. Growing up with sisters that had allergies, and later developing my own allergy to nuts, the experience of worrying about every birthday cake, or being unable to stop in at the local bakery for a treat has always been on my mind. My passion for creating baked goods that all can enjoy without worry led me to enroll in culinary school and pursue a wonderful career as a pastry chef!
All products are baked fresh in our kitchen that is completely free of peanuts and tree nuts. Our products contain no preservatives and are best eaten fresh!
